Postpartum & New Motherhood
Becoming a mother is a profound life transition that can bring both deep joy and unexpected challenges. As your identity, relationships, priorities, and sense of self begin to shift, it can take time to find your footing in this new chapter.
Motherhood can bring complex emotions and experiences that may feel difficult to reconcile—feeling deeply grateful while also feeling overwhelmed, missing parts of your life before motherhood, or struggling with the pressure to be the mother you imagined you would be. There is often an unspoken expectation that this transition should come naturally, when in reality, becoming a mother is an ongoing process of discovering and redefining who you are and how you want to move through the world.
I work with women as they navigate this transition, creating a compassionate and judgement-free space to explore the changes, emotions, and expectations that come with becoming a mother. Together, we can cultivate greater self-understanding, emotional resilience, and a deeper sense of connection to yourself and those around you.
